    Bridged high-level security governance and technical infrastructure implementation. Directed the technical security posture for five global accounts, with 100% audit success on complex ISMS frameworks. Spearheaded infrastructure-focused security enhancements and stability work across multi-national teams.

    IT Technician / Team Leader

    Infrastructure Lead for a major regional hub — servers, networks, and endpoint maintenance. Proactive patch management and hardware lifecycle planning reduced downtime. Led site-wide infrastructure refreshes, office build-outs, and Tier 3 escalations. Mentored junior staff in ITIL-based service delivery.

    IT / Dialler Manager

    Designed and built a 50-seat turnkey call centre — servers, predictive diallers, and LAN connectivity — from a green-field site.
